I started this club January 2010 with a goal to gain more experience and contacts as a photographer. I love photography and I have been doing it for over 10 months now. I am the owner of Yucaipa Photography and I've had a lot of fun working as a photographer and the freedom of being self employed. So I wanted something more by creating this club. I wanted a place that people of all ages and all skills could come and learn and enjoy the beauty of photography. Thus, Y.P.C.C.! Anyone and everyone who is even moderately interested in photography is welcome. The club is free and we meet every Saturday at 2 PM in the Yucaipa Photography Studio. Please come stop by and bring your camera and learn with us. We have a large array of workshops and teachers here to help you with your needs. Thank you for your interest in Y.P.C.C.

My Gear

I have a Canon EOS 7D with the BG-E7 battery pack that i primarily shoot with. I also have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50 with a 35-420mm lens for back up. I have a Canon 50 mm 1.4 USM lens as well as the Canon 18-200mm EFS 3.5-5.6 IS lens. I have the 580 EX II flash and two 1600 watt studio lights with large soft boxes and full studio. I have a JVC 3 CCD Full 1080p HD camcorder to film video. I carry all my gear in a Lowepro 250 Fastpack. For my editing machines I use an HP Touchsmart TX2z Tablet PC with a 2.2 Ghz AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-75 processor with 4 Gigs of DDR2 RAM, ATI Radeon 3200 HD with 512Mb of DDR2, 500 Gb Toshiba Hard Drive at 5600RPMs, and a 12.1 inch 720p HD LCD touch-panel display that I use to do all my "on the go" editing. I also use an HP Elite Desktop Editing Workstation with a 2.5 Ghz Intel Quad-Core Processor with 8 Gigs of DDR2 RAM, Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT with 1 GB of DDR2, 750 GB Toshiba Hard Drive at 7200 RPMs, 500GB external Western Digital Hard Drive at 5600RPMs, a 19 inch 720p HD LCD monitor with a dual 37 inch 1080p HD LCD flat-screen and a Wacom Bamboo Pen-enabled Tablet. Both of which run Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit and the Adobe CS4 Master Collection.
